IMPORTANT NOTICE:

For your convenience, we will hold your seat for 5 days from the date you submit your request. To maintain your seat for YCC - 2024, we must receive your signed packet within 5 days from the date you submit this form.  If we do not receive your registration packet by 5:00pm  on or before the 5th day, we will redistribute your seat. If all seats are filled at that time, you will not be able to attend YCC - 2024.
